Bullhorn, a prominent player in staffing and recruitment software globally, has officially declared its acquisition of Mployee, a Netherlands-based provider of Salesforce-centric solutions tailored for recruitment agencies. The integration of Mployee’s technology is set to propel Bullhorn towards realising its vision of delivering a comprehensive enterprise solution on the Salesforce platform, solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.
The addition of Mployee expands Bullhorn’s suite of enterprise offerings on the Salesforce platform. In response to economic uncertainties, pricing pressures, and a reduction in job orders, the recruitment industry has been prioritising internal operational efficiency. Bullhorn’s revenue on the Salesforce platform has demonstrated consistent growth, averaging nearly 30% annually since 2019.
