TALiNT Partners has unveiled the finalists for the highly anticipated 2023 TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards. With a total of 39 of Europe’s most esteemed employers shortlisted across 12 categories, this year’s competition promises to be an exciting celebration of excellence, innovation, and achievement in the field.
The TIARA awards have long been recognised for setting the gold standard in talent acquisition and resourcing, providing employers with a platform to showcase their remarkable work. The finalists, representing a diverse range of industries, have successfully navigated a challenging year, marked by numerous obstacles faced by talent acquisition and resourcing teams.

Renowned for its rigorous judging process and esteemed panel of experts, the TIARA Awards will evaluate entries based on several key areas, including diversity and inclusion, innovation, partnership, and organisational impact. An independent panel of highly experienced judges from the HR and Talent Acquisition community will assess the shortlisted entries and convene in the coming weeks to deliberate on the winners across the 12 categories. Additionally, they will engage in spirited discussions to crown the overall winner of the prestigious TA Team of the Year award.
The winners will be revealed during an elegant black-tie dinner held at the Montcalm, Marble Arch, on Thursday, 5th October. The awards ceremony promises to be a memorable occasion, where the outstanding achievements of talent acquisition professionals will be celebrated.
