The 2024 TIARA Talent Tech Stars were crowned on 27th June at the Carlton Tower Jumeirah in Knightsbridge, London and brought together industry leaders of some of the UK’s leading HR and Recruitment Technology companies.

Alex’s comments

Alex Evans, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners and host of the TIARAs, opened the ceremony with a tribute to Odro CEO Ryan McCabe, the 2021 Talent Tech Leader of the Year, who tragically died on 22nd June. “He will be missed, and we pay tribute to an industry legend who, I am sure, will continue to be an inspiration to all who knew him. Therefore, tonight is a celebration of excellence, so join us in celebrating this excellent man.”

Alex closed the ceremony by saying “all of the finalists shortlisted for the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards are an inspiration to the HR & Recruitment Tech industry. You are helping recruiters and employers to find and keep the talent they need – driving much needed progress in everything from candidate experience to diversity & inclusion to truly transform the talent marketplace.”

Ken’s comments

Ken Brotherston, Chief Executive – TALiNT Partners, remarked that “the Talent Tech Star Awards are really important because technology is the lifeblood of talent acquisition and staffing right now. It really drives everything in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. In a challenging market, which we have right now, technology is profoundly important. Moreover, in a growing market, which we hope we’ll be back to very soon, it’s even more important. So, these awards are a fantastic opportunity to celebrate some of the most exciting companies in the sector.” 

The TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards underscore the indispensable role of tech solutions in the recruitment and talent acquisition space, shaping the future of work. Each finalist symbolises excellence within their communities and nationally, highlighting the industry’s profound impact.
