Aisha Bushell: Winning in three categories is a remarkable achievement. What do these awards mean for PeopleScout and your overall strategy?  

PeopleScout: We were incredibly honored to win the Client Service and Best Talent Attraction awards, given the exceptional work put forward by our peers and fellow finalists. These awards reflect the tremendous work our people do daily to drive client value and deliver exceptional service. These accolades would not be possible without the trust our clients place in us to develop and deliver custom talent solutions to achieve their unique workforce goals. We were delighted and humbled to also receive the Talent Solutions Provider of the Year award. This recognition is a true testament to our people and their unwavering commitment to our mission to connect people and work. It is also evidence of our brand promise to cultivate deeper connections across the talent spectrum through our industry leading technology, scalable offerings and unrivaled in-house talent advisory expertise and to deliver actionable insights, transformative strategy and a partnership experience that is unlike any other provider in the industry.

AB: What aspects of your client service approach do you believe led to winning the Client Service Award?

PS: For over 30 years, our legacy of exceptional service has led to the most enduring relationships in the industry, earning the trust of hundreds of organizations across sectors and consistent recognition as a leader by industry analysts. In 2023, our average client tenure was six years with some relationships as long as 20.

We know that listening creates better outcomes—we use what we’ve learned about our clients’ unique goals and challenges to customize our talent solutions to fit their values and vision for the future. A one-size-fits-all approach to talent acquisition is not effective in today’s market, so we take the time to understand each of our clients’ unique businesses, talent challenges and workforce goals. These insights allow us to develop custom solutions to meet their immediate talent needs, future-proof their workforce and drive long-term business success.

We believe that the best can always be bettered, and our longstanding relationship with Goodyear is an example of our commitment to continuously looking for new ways to drive client value. We invest significant time and resources through frequent check-ins and site visits to ensure we are exceeding expectations and contributing to the overall success of their business.

Any opportunities for improvement are identified, discussed candidly and addressed immediately. The PeopleScout team operates as a true extension of the Goodyear team, and therefore keeps their mission of innovation and a focus on what’s ahead central to our partnership. We have seen vast improvement in client satisfaction and engagement due to these efforts, and since our award nomination, have been awarded a five-year extension of our partnership

AB: What makes your talent attraction strategy stand out, and how has it contributed to your recognition?
