The 2024 TIARA Talent Solutions were crowned at our black-tie awards ceremony on 26th September at the Pan Pacific Hotel in London and brought together industry leaders of some of Europe’s top talent solutions providers.
Our Chief Executive, Ken Brotherston, hosted the evening’s awards alongside Ray Culver, our US Managing Director, who made the journey from across the pond to join us.
AMS were crowned the overall winner and received the Talent Solutions Provider of the Year Award, having also picked up The Employer Brand Award and The Giant Group DE&I Award.

In a year that remains challenging for both employers and providers, it’s particularly encouraging to see both the quantity and quality of entries to the Talent Solutions TIARAs continue to grow,” said Ray Culver, Managing Director Americas of TALiNT Partners.
The awards evening also saw the presentation of a very special award – The Outstanding Achievement Award, which was presented to Gary Browning. “During his 14 years as CEO he transformed Penna to a multifaceted, talent solutions provider, covering outplacement, assessment, recruitment and outsourcing. His impact on our sector has been incredibly important, and as we increasingly see how the world of talent solutions can extend the range of services it offers, Gary was often there first!” said Ken Brotherston, Chief Executive, TALiNT Partners.
The TIARA Talent Solutions Awards celebrate the best RPO, MSP, and Talent Solutions Providers in Europe. Each finalist symbolises excellence within their communities and nationally, highlighting the industry’s profound impact.
