Last year, we described 2023 as a year of uphill cycling, and for many operators, 2024 has continues to present similar challenges. Even when the pipeline and client interest have looked promising, securing final signoffs has often been elusive – the pen is just a bit too heavy. However, there is reason for optimism. With the economy on firmer ground, and while another post-pandemic rebound is unlikely, the outlook for 2025 appears significantly brighter. More importantly, recruitment outsourcing, and talent solutions are now seen by more employers as a vital component of their talent strategies. MSP, SOW, and advisory services have held strong in the current market, and as the talent ecosystem becomes increasingly complex, the opportunities for talent solutions firms to become trusted, strategic partners will only increase.
This leads to the 2024 TIARA Talent Solutions Awards, which have showcased the range of ways providers are supporting clients and building meaningful, long-term relationships. The sector is evolving, with new players pushing established providers to innovate and become more agile.
