The 2024 TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards took place in the breath-taking ballroom at The Hilton London Bankside. Industry leaders came together to recognise and celebrate some of Europe’s best Talent Acquisition teams.
Chair of the Global Advisory Board, Declan Slattery was joined by Debra Sparshott, Talent Industry Expert & Analyst to host the evening. Declan highlighted that “our TIARA awards celebrate not just the winners but the unwavering and collaborative spirit of the TA community. Their energy, ingenuity, and innovative approaches are key to navigating the ever-evolving landscape of work and changing business demands. Together, we’re setting new standards and meeting the challenges of tomorrow head-on.”

These awards are all about showcasing the ingenuity, creativity and sheer determination of TA teams to deliver the talent their organisations need to succeed”
