On the 14th May 2024 TALiNT Partners announced the finalists for the 2024 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards, celebrating the full spectrum of HR and Recruitment technology solutions.

“It’s been a challenging year for employers and recruiters, with cost pressures compelling both to lean more heavily on their talent tech solutions. This has not only demonstrated their value and impact but driven continued innovation,” said Alex Evans, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners. “This year’s shortlist reflects major workforce trends, like the growth in demand for contingent solutions, with record entries for Contractor Solution of the Year and this year’s Innovation Awards.”

The 42 finalists, shortlisted for 13 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards, represent the sector’s highest potential start-ups, fast-growing scale-ups, and top-performing talent tech giants. Collectively, they employ 4,447 people and generated total sales of £1,002,512,204 in 2023.

Finalist entries will be scored by an independent panel of expert judges from HR, Recruitment, Investment, and Procurement to identify the winners in each award category. Senior industry figures from organisations including Reed Talent Solutions, ManpowerGroup, and NatWest Group will also convene to debate and choose the overall Champion of Champions.

Commenting on what she will be looking for as this year’s Chair of Judges, Parveen Dhanda, Strategy Director and former Head of Programmes at Tech Nation, said: “I look for innovative solutions that address real-world challenges in HR and recruitment, advancing the field of talent management through technology. Each year, we assess factors such as innovation, user experience, impact on business outcomes, global scalability, societal impact, track record, market validation, and potential for industry disruption.”

“The TIARAs are distinguished by the rigour of their judging process and the quality of their judging panels, making them a powerful endorsement to impress clients, investors, or employees,” added TALiNT Partners CEO Ken Brotherston. “Each year, our impressive TIARA finalists recognise those championing transformation across the talent ecosystem and demonstrate the impact of talent tech on every aspect of talent acquisition and management.”

“With so much inspiration and best practice to be gleaned from such an impressive shortlist, we look forward to bringing all the industry innovators in the sector together at our black-tie industry dinner at the Carlton Tower Jumeirah in London on June 27th to network, connect, and celebrate.”

This year’s campaign is supported once again by award sponsors Optima Corporate Finance and Marriott Harrison.
