On the 25th of January 2024, TALiNT Partners kicked off its fifth annual campaign for the prestigious TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards in Europe. The awards aim to honour exceptional achievements, growth, and innovation within the HR Tech and RecTech industry.

Notable winners from the 2023 awards included Pixid, Sonovate, WorkLLama, Referoo, Eli Onboarding, HireVue, Stratigens, SourceWhale, Talos360, and Diversely, which was later acquired by Access Group.
Unifrog, securing the title of Recruitment Marketing Solution of the Year, was also honoured as the Champion of Champions. The judges praised Unifrog for its commitment to providing access to young talent from disadvantaged backgrounds, acknowledging its impressive student reach, targeted ad campaigns, and social impact.

Parveen Dhanda, a respected Strategic Director in the tech space, has been appointed Chair of Judges for the upcoming awards. Dhanda, with a background as Tech Nation’s Head of Programmes and Ecosystem Director & Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Innovate Finance, expressed excitement about guiding the panel in recognising financial performance, innovation, customer service, foundations for future growth, and profit with purpose.
The judging process, tailored to meet the expectations of buyers and investors, involves key performance metrics, case studies, and testimonials. A distinguished panel of judges from renowned companies, including Zenith, ManpowerGroup, NatWest Group, and Reed Talent Solutions, will meticulously follow this process to determine winners across 14 categories.
Marriott Harrison, a specialist legal partner, returns as the sponsor for the Talent Tech Customer Service Award, alongside founding sponsor Optima, a corporate finance specialist, sponsoring the Talent Tech Leader of the Year. The entry deadline for the 2024 awards is set for Friday, 12th April, with finalists to be announced in early May. The winners will be unveiled at a black-tie gala dinner on Thursday, June 27th, at the Montcalm Hotel, Marble Arch, in London.
