NatWest Group stole the spotlight at the 2023 TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards, held in a glamorous Gala Dinner at the Montcalm Marble Arch in London. The event brought together more than 200 leaders in Talent Acquisition, HR, and business, representing Europe’s foremost employers. With the inclusion of five new categories, this year’s awards marked the largest Talent Acquisition campaign ever.

The TIARA awards are renowned for their rigorous selection process and the high caliber of their judging panel. Judges from prominent companies like TrustPilot, BBC, LinkedIn, and Qontigo came together to evaluate entries and select the winners.
NatWest Group emerged as the star of the evening, securing the prestigious Nétive TA Team of the Year Award, alongside the Best Innovation in Internal Recruitment Award.
Brotherston further noted, “Our judges’ deliberations were balanced, lively, occasionally controversial but always insightful and thoughtful. Their range of experience brought an amazing diversity of different perspectives.”

Their innovative use of technology, particularly in internal mobility, garnered praise from the judges, highlighting the company’s progressive and human-centered approach.
