Here at TALiNT Partners, we recently announced significant leadership changes as Jo Matkin steps into the role of Chief Executive Officer. Jo succeeds Ken Brotherston, who will transition to the position of Founder and Chair.

Jo Matkin brings over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, staffing, outsourcing, and consulting to her new role. Most recently, she served as CEO of change and transformation business, Grayce. Her expertise in driving strategic growth and her focus on innovation position her as a strong leader to take TALiNT Partners into its next phase of development.

Ken Brotherston, founder and former CEO, will continue to play a key role within the organisation as Chair. In this capacity, Ken will focus on strengthening relationships within the employer community, providing strategic guidance to the executive team as well as chairing our Global Advisory Board (GAB).

Commenting on her appointment, Jo Matkin said:

“Having admired what TALiNT Partners has achieved over the years, and having advised the business in recent months, I’m thrilled to take on the role of CEO. I’m excited to work with our talented global team to build on a strong foundation and drive further growth and innovation. Ken’s experience and support as Chair will be invaluable as we aim to build the world’s most valued community within the global talent ecosystem.”

Ken Brotherston shared his thoughts on the transition:

“The challenge for organisations to find and retain the people they need has never been more critical or complex. Supporting our community of employers, staffing firms, outsourcing providers, and talent tech businesses is at the heart of what TALiNT Partners does. I’m excited to support Jo in her new role; her expertise and vision make her the ideal leader to guide us through the next stage of our journey.”
