The 2024 TIARA UK&I Recruitment Awards took place in The Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. Bringing together industry leaders to recognise and celebrate those not only accelerating the evolution of recruitment but enhancing the perception of staffing as a professional service. The TIARA Recruitment awards have reaffirmed their status as the industry’s most prestigious accolades, with winners achieving impressive results in a challenging year. In a competitive market, it’s been inspiring to see top brands and new challengers gain recognition for their hard work, demonstrating why they are partners of choice for clients and candidates alike.
Our MD, Alex Evans, and Global Marketing Director, Sarah Arnold, took to the stage to host the ceremony. Alex highlighted that the TIARA Awards celebrate those “leading innovation and growth and transforming the sector—from industry champions to those championing important causes.”
Sarah echoed this sentiment, emphasising that the TIARAs recognise those who are not only raising standards but also driving excellence across the industry.
During his speech, our Chief Executive, Ken Brotherston highlighted the evolving landscape of recruitment businesses, particularly startups and scale-ups. He emphasised that while these businesses will continue to emerge and thrive, they will undergo significant transformation: “They’ll understand how to use the right balance of technology and humans to solve more complex staffing problems for their clients.”
Acknowledgements were extended to our award sponsors, Ascen, Blackwood Capital, Bullhorn, ForeTwo Group, Grant Thornton, Liquid Friday, Mercury, Mishon de Reya, Parasol, Qdos, Saffery, SourceWhale, Trowers & Hamlins, and Workwell. Alongside a huge thank you to out panel of independent judges for their time, insights and wisdom in evaluating the plethora of extraordinary entries.
