Today is the launch of TALiNT Partners’ TIARA Recruitment Awards MENA campaign, celebrating the most dynamic staffing firms in the region, who stand out for their exceptional client and candidate service, empower their teams to excel, innovate and evolve to meet changing demands, and lead with vision and purpose.

“It’s always good to see new talent coming through but it’s also impressive when past winners and finalists show that they’re still going above and beyond, being innovative and setting a great example as well,” said Ken Brotherston, CEO of TALiNT Partners. “The last twelve months have been a great opportunity to show the resilience, innovation and leadership that drives the industry. Last year’s entrants

The TIARA Recruitment Awards distinguish themselves through a rigorous judging process and a high-caliber judging panel. This panel includes industry leaders such as board advisors and chairs, senior executives from trade bodies like the ERF, prominent figures from LinkedIn and leading talent tech providers, as well as heads of TA, HR, and DEI from some of the world’s largest employers.

The TIARA Awards user-friendly online platform streamlines drafting, saving, and submitting entries and enables judges to provide valuable feedback to all shortlisted candidates.

The deadline for entries for the 2024 campaign is Friday 16th August.They will announce the finalists on 3rd September and celebrate the winners at a prestigious black-tie Gala Dinner on Thursday, 7th November, at The Sofitel Downtown Dubai.
