TALiNT Partners’ flagship TIARA Recruitment Awards campaign for the UK & Ireland launches today to celebrate the largest and most dynamic staffing firms that have demonstrated great client and candidate service, enabled their people to perform to the highest levels, innovated and improved to adapt, and led with vision and purpose.

New entrants who triumphed last year included InterEx Group (Growth and Best Recruitment Company to Work For with revenues of £50m to £100m), Caritas Recruitment (Candidate Experience), SR2 (Specialist), Extrastaff (Best Use of Technology), Forward Role Recruitment (Best Recruitment Company to Work For £5m to £20m) and Nexus Search (Scale Up Recruitment Company of the Year). The TIARA Recruitment Awards are distinguished for their rigorous judging process and the high caliber of the judging panel, which comprises over 40 industry leaders including board advisors and chairs; senior execs from trade bodies including the ERF; luminaries from LinkedIn and top talent tech providers; and heads of TA, HR and DEI from some of the world’s biggest employers.
This year, the TIARA Chair of Judges is Keely Woodley, Partner, Head of UK Corporate Finance at Grant Thornton UK LLP. “A veteran TIARA judge, and respected industry advisor, Keely brings her breadth of insight across the sector to this new role and a deep understanding of the drivers of value and growth in recruitment,” said Alex Evans.

The TIARAs’ user-friendly online platform streamlines the process of drafting, saving, and submitting entries and also enables judges to provide valuable feedback to all shortlisted candidates.
The deadline for entries for the 2024 campaign is Friday 5th July. Finalists will be announced on the 23rd July, with winners celebrated at a prestigious black-tie Gala Dinner on Wednesday 16th October at The Royal Lancaster in London, bringing together 500 recruitment leaders.
