TALiNT Partners’ flagship TIARA Recruitment Awards campaign for the UK & Ireland launches today to celebrate the largest and most dynamic staffing firms that have demonstrated great client and candidate service, enabled their people to perform to the highest levels, innovated and improved to adapt, and led with vision and purpose.

“The last 12 months have been challenging for the UK&I staffing sector but, as always, it’s brought the best out of the best who have shown their resilience and creativity in adapting their business models and approaches to compete successfully,” said Alex Evans, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners. “The TIARAs offer a powerful endorsement to TALiNT Partners’ global HR and Recruitment audience to not only attract new clients but the industry’s best talent as well.”

“It was great to see so many new entrants being shortlisted and winning TIARAs last year, and top 500 recruiters l demonstrating their commitment to DEI, ESG and L&D to be partners and employers of choice.”

New entrants who triumphed last year included InterEx Group (Growth and Best Recruitment Company to Work For with revenues of £50m to £100m), Caritas Recruitment (Candidate Experience), SR2 (Specialist), Extrastaff (Best Use of Technology), Forward Role Recruitment (Best Recruitment Company to Work For £5m to £20m) and Nexus Search (Scale Up Recruitment Company of the Year). Full details of all of last year’s winners can be found here.

“It’s always good to see new talent coming through but it’s also impressive when past winners and finalists show that they’re still going above and beyond, being innovative and setting a great example as well,” said Ken Brotherston, CEO of TALiNT Partners. “The last twelve months have been a great opportunity to show the resilience, innovation and leadership that drives the industry. The most forward-thinking recruitment companies are harnessing the possibilities of new technologies without losing sight of the importance of human interaction.”

The TIARA Recruitment Awards are distinguished for their rigorous judging process and the high caliber of the judging panel, which comprises over 40 industry leaders including board advisors and chairs; senior execs from trade bodies including the ERF; luminaries from LinkedIn and top talent tech providers; and heads of TA, HR and DEI from some of the world’s biggest employers.

This year, the TIARA Chair of Judges is Keely Woodley, Partner, Head of UK Corporate Finance at Grant Thornton UK LLP. “A veteran TIARA judge, and respected industry advisor, Keely brings her breadth of insight across the sector to this new role and a deep understanding of the drivers of value and growth in recruitment,” said Alex Evans.

Keely commented: “It’s an honour to be invited to take on the role of Chair of Judges for such a prestigious awards campaign that is widely respected for its rigorous judging process. This is what keeps the standard so high every year and I look forward to seeing who is shortlisted in 2024.”
